Passenger Code of Conduct

We are proud to offer many community transportation services. All passengers of WCHS community transportation must adhere to the passenger code of conduct found below.

Community transportation services include:

  • Purchased/Referred Care Transportation to medical appointments
  • Discharge from a medical facility if transferred from the TCUH
  • Shuttle services between TCUH and Siouxland
  • Medical Courier Services
  • 24/7 Community Health Representatives (MVOs) with on call services available after hours

Advance Reservation Required

The shuttle service is only available to patients with scheduled and verified appointments. When you call to reserve your spot we will   verify your appointment to confirm your eligibility for the shuttle. Medication pick-ups are allowed but will also be verified and still require an advanced reservation. 

  • Patients must call at least 24 hours in advance to reserve a spot on the shuttle.

Passenger Code of Conduct:

The health and safety of our patients, relatives, and employees is Winnebago Comprehensive Healthcare System’s number one priority. Our employees reserve the right to refuse passage or call security 402-745-3950 or law enforcement as needed.

  • No weapons of any kind.
  • No illegal substances, including but not limited to alcohol, ayahuasca, cannabis (Marijuana/Pot/Weed), Central Nervous System Depressants (Benzos), Cocaine (Coke/Crack), Fentanyl, GHB, Hallucinogens.
  • Use of any type of tobacco, e-cigarettes, alcohol, or other drugs are prohibited in vehicles.
  • Passengers under the influence of alcohol, or other drugs are not permitted.
  • Pets are not allowed, service animals are always welcome.
  • Threats to other passengers and/or drivers will not be tolerated.
  • Please respect others by refraining from disruptive behavior or using foul or offensive language.
  • The seatbelt must be worn at all times.
  • CHR/MVO program requires car seats for any child under the age of 5. If a car seat is not provided the transport will be canceled.
