No Advance Warning Needed
Patients can request this service at their first point of contact at WCHS. However, staff have been trained to access this service whenever it may be needed, so there is no need to even request this service in advance. It can be done on demand upon your arrival. If English is not your primary language or you are hearing impaired, there is no need to wait or coordinate.
