The Domestic Violence Program is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any survivors of domestic abuse, domestic violence, or sexual assault and their support system can reach out to our team for advice, services, support, or shelter and we will help you navigate your next step.

Land of Wellness Park is a beloved outdoor public recreation facility where on any sunny day you can hear bats cracking, horseshoes dropping, elders connecting, and the cheerful sounds of laughter and play.

The Recovery Program offers assistance to all recovering addicts with advice, services, and support. We're here to help you navigate life beyond addiction.

The Senior Citizens Center is a community-based facility that provides a variety of services and activities specifically designed to meet the needs of older adults in Winnebago and the surrounding area. The centers offer a welcoming and supportive environment where tribal elders can socialize, engage in recreational activities, and receive assistance with daily living.

The Urban Native Center is a vital resource center that serves as an essential connect point for our audience in Siouxland. This program is a community-focused hub nestled amidst the urban landscape and seeks to help all native individuals in Siouxland connect to WCHS services, and other services and support available in Winnebago and Sioux City.

The Whirling Thunder Wellness Facility located inside the Blackhawk Community Center is a vibrant hub of activity, offering a wide range of indoor recreational facilities for people of all ages. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and a variety of amenities designed to promote health and wellness.

The Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC) is a nationwide nutrition education and breastfeeding program that helps participants eat well, learn about nutrition, and stay healthy. Winnebago’s WIC program is a resource available to low-income moms and families to help them navigate life, stay healthy, and keep their children healthy throughout this hectic time.

The Winnebago Health Foundation works toward improving the quality of life by supporting the health system and building the healthcare capacity in Winnebago and the native communities we serve. The Foundation enables our relatives to join us in the Winnebago (Hocak) traditional value of "Hoikikara ra" or "taking care of one another."
