Outpatient Evaluation & Therapy:
Patient services include comprehensive evaluations and treatments for conditions such as:
- Musculoskeletal Injuries: We treat injuries of the neck, back, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles, and feet.
- Neurologic Conditions: Our expertise includes managing stroke, multiple sclerosis, neuropathies, mild traumatic brain injuries, balance disorders, and dizziness disorders.
- Medical Equipment Assessment: We assist in ordering and fitting medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, canes, braces, hospital beds, and transfer benches.
- Generalized Weakness: We provide rehabilitation for patients experiencing generalized weakness following illness or hospitalization.
Inpatient Evaluation & Therapy:
Upon the request of the hospitalist, acute care inpatients will receive a physical therapy evaluation and treatments designed to improve functional independence. Therapists will make discharge placement recommendations and assist in securing any needed equipment for home use.
