Path to Good Blood
Medium Intensity Program for Adults with Diabetes
The "Wa-i-pi-nagu" Program or the Path to Good Blood Program is a 10-week long self management class for people who have diabetes to learn how best to manage and live with their diagnosis in a good way.
Managing diabetes involves a combination of healthy eating, exercise, medication, and emotional support. It is often difficult for individuals to learn and grasp how to monitor and adjust your lifestyle. With the knowledge that the results of mismanagement are even harder to live with, our team created these intravenous classes to help you learn make these essentials and make critical changes step at a time.
This program has been accredited by Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (ADCES) and has helps hundreds of people in our patient community find a balance moving forward.
After completing the program, all class graduates are invited to join us for our annual summit celebration.
