Our team is comprised of over 40+ services and support departments across all WCHS. All of our locations are staffed with the people who embody our values enabling us to carrying out our mission for every patient, client, or relative. From our board of directors, executive team and nurses, to our providers, environmental services staff and maintenance crew - every team member's role is essential to create and maintain positive service experiences every time.
We are proud to be owned and operated by the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, one of the many tribes served by our health system. This means that the patient or relatives we serve make up the governing boards and councils that guide us. We want to empower you to give us feedback and take advantage of opportunities to get involved, contribute to our mission, join our team, give us feedback or help guide us in meeting the needs of our patients.
