Mobile Crisis Response

The term "Kikijire" is Ho-Chunk for "Cherishing Families" which is the name of our Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) program. The Mobile Crisis Response program provides emergency services to people in crisis on the scene. This 24/7 assistance allows mental health support in the form of mental health evaluations, de-escalation, and referrals to local services and resources.  

Intervention Care Steps

  1. In person, our response team is face-to-face in the community and in your home
  2. Provides rapid response crisis intervention and assessment, and
  3. Works with you to create plans to connect to further resources.
