In a heartfelt ceremony, WCHS celebrated Judy and her fellow nurses, acknowledging their tireless dedication to our patients and families.

Since its inception in 1999 by the Barnes family, the DAISY Foundation has been a beacon of appreciation for the exceptional care provided by nurses. Inspired by the compassionate care they received during Patrick Barnes's illness; the foundation initiated the DAISY Award® to honor the extraordinary commitment of nurses.

During the heartfelt awards ceremony on Monday, May 6th, Judy was pleasantly surprised and deeply honored amongst her peers and leadership.
